Boondall Dental is a long-established dental practice located in the iconic Sue's Korner shopping centre on the corner of Sandgate Road and Beams Road in Boondall, on Brisbane's northside. Founded by Dr John Walters in the late 1950s, it was the first dental practice to service the Boondall area.
Subsequently the dental practice was operated by Dr Ivan Walsh for over 30 years. In more recent times Dr Jimmy Dong has acquired the practice and is now the primary dentist. Our family practice is proud of its history and continues to serve the local community. We are always excited to welcome new patients.

You should brush your teeth two to three times a day using a soft bristled toothbrush and floss everyday (usually at bedtime).
You should be visiting your dentist every six months for a oral examination and professional cleaning. Most Health funds cover two check ups and cleans annually with little to no out of pocket expense depending on your level of cover.
If you are feeling discomfort or tooth pain you need to see a dentist immediately. Do not ignore it or wait, as the problem may get worse.
